I'm dealing with a situation where my Samsung Galaxy M51's power button isn't working, and it's currently out of battery. I tried connecting it to my computer and pressing the volume buttons, but that hasn't worked for me since I didn't enable developer options. Is there any way I can turn it on without having to take the phone apart?

Unfortunately, there isn't a straightforward way to power it on without the physical power button. If you could try to plug in the charger and press both volume buttons at the same time as you're connecting it, that can sometimes work, but it’s a bit hit or miss. Just make sure to press the buttons right as you plug it in.
Yeah, that's what I figured. It's too bad because I'm not keen on taking it apart.
