I'm using Linux Mint and Debian 13, and I'm trying to find a practical way to get apps from the Microsoft Store on my system. Specifically, I want to use Power Planner by BareBonesDev, but they only have it available on Android, Apple, and Microsoft app stores—there's no direct executable file for Linux. The web version is quite limited and has recently stopped working for me for some reason. Any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

To be honest, it's pretty much not possible to run Microsoft Store apps directly on Linux. Your best shot is trying to use the Android version with Waydroid, as suggested by another commenter.
You might want to check out Waydroid since the app has an Android version. It allows you to run Android apps on Linux, which could be your best bet! You can find more info at waydro.id.
Hey, if the app doesn’t have a native Linux version, you have a few options: 1) You could try using Wine, which might let you run it without a full Windows VM, though it may not work perfectly. 2) Winboat is another choice; it's a virtual machine for Windows apps, but it might be heavier on your CPU. 3) Lastly, Waydroid is worth trying since there's an Android version, but setting that up can be a bit complex.
