I'm in the northeast US, and our systems at work have been down for about an hour. The tech team says it's a "global technical issue" with Azure, but I can't find much information about it online. If it were truly global, I'd expect to see more reports. So, is there really a problem with Azure right now, or is our tech department just using it as an excuse for our unreliable backend?

Some companies around Boston and Waltham are experiencing outages. It might just be localized, but there are some reports about AVD issues in central and eastern US. Keep an eye on the official Azure status page for updates!
I heard there were some issues reported, especially with AVD, but I just logged into an AVD session in East US and everything seems fine from my end. They haven't declared any global issue yet. It's always best to check multiple sources, but technology can be finicky!
