I recently replaced the screen and battery on my iPhone SE 2, but during the process, the broken screen caused the phone to get disabled multiple times. Now, it's stuck on the message "iPhone unavailable, try again in 8 hours." I've left it overnight, but the timer often resets back to 8 hours. Unfortunately, I don't have any iCloud backups, and the last time I backed up to my computer was in December. Is there any chance I can recover my data? Thanks for your help!

If you knew backups were an option but didn’t do it, unfortunately, you might be out of luck regarding your data. It’s a tough lesson about the importance of backups!
You could try a forced restart. Just press and release the volume up button, then the volume down button, and lastly hold the power button until your iPhone restarts. This might resolve the issue!
Yeah, I tried that, but it just reset the timer again.
Yeah, I didn't realize how important backing up was until it was too late...
