Is this $400 used PC a smart buy?

I found a used PC on Facebook Marketplace for $400, and the seller is allowing me to test it out before I decide to buy, which eases my concerns about it being a scam. It has some solid specs, including an Intel i7-10700 CPU, GeForce GTX 3060 GPU, MSI B460M Pro motherboard, 16GB of DDR4 RAM (2x8GB), a 1TB SSD, and a 550W 80+ Bronze PSU. I'm looking for any advice on how to effectively test this used PC and to see if this price is worth it. Any thoughts?

Honestly, if you can't build a PC yourself and this one meets your needs, it's worth checking the GPU and overall performance. For $400, it seems like a decent deal, especially for something serviceable. Might be a bit of a steal!

I’m just getting back into PC gaming after a decade too. I don't need top-tier specs, just something that runs well at 1080p. This setup should hold up for what I want!
