Hey everyone! I'm thinking about building a new PC, mainly for gaming, some light video editing, and using AI tools like Stable Diffusion. Here's the setup I'm considering:

* CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
* Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S or be quiet! Pure Rock 2 FX
* Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 EAGLE
* Memory: v-color Manta XFinity RGB DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL30 EXPO/XMP 3.0
* Case: Corsair 480T RGB
* PSU: Corsair RM850e 850W ATX 3.1 Gold Modular or Super Flower Leadex III 850W ATX 3.1 Gold
* GPU: Palit GeForce RTX 5070 TI GamingPro-S 16GB
* Storage: Kingston KC3000 2TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0

Do you think this setup is well-balanced? Are the parts a good match? Also, which cooler and PSU do you think would be better? The Palit 5070 Ti is the cheapest option for me, but I've heard good things about it. It's been over 8 years since my last build, which was a GTX 1080 Ti, and it's still running strong. I'd like to get some feedback before I finalize my purchase. Thanks!

I prefer the Noctua coolers based on my experience. The NH-U12S is superb, but I also agree the be quiet! option is solid. As for the motherboard, if you’re considering upgrades in the future, look into MSI boards for better features, although Gigabyte works fine for now. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the feedback! Any specific MSI model you'd recommend?

I'm a bit of a beginner with builds, but if I had to choose a PSU and cooler, I'd probably go with the Corsair one since it seems popular. Just remember, there are cheaper coolers out there that perform better, like the Thermalright models. Just my two cents, though!

I’ve got a similar setup, and I love it! The 7800X3D + RTX 5070 Ti combo is a beast. Just recently swapped from a 1060 Ti, and the performance leap is incredible. Make sure to get a good cooler; I went with a 360mm AIO and it’s been super effective. You won’t regret it!

Awesome to hear! What cooler are you using specifically? I'm still deciding.

Looks good overall, but is there a reason you're opting for the EAGLE motherboard? I've heard other boards in that price range might offer better features. Just curious!

I chose it mostly for the reviews and the price here, but I'm open to alternatives if you have suggestions!

That build looks solid! For the CPU cooler, I think the NH-U12S is a great choice. I've had mine for over six years, and it performs really well. You might want to consider adding a second fan for extra cooling if you need it. As for the PSU, they're both decent, but I've had some issues with noise from Corsair units in the past. Maybe look into SeaSonic if you want quieter options.

Thanks for the input! I'm leaning towards the NH-U12S right now, but I hear good things about the be quiet! Pure Rock too. Just hard to decide!
