I'm putting together my first PC and would appreciate feedback on the parts, compatibility, and overall value. The build includes a Ryzen 5 9600X, Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 cooler, MSI B850 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard, 16GB of DDR5-6000 memory, a 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, an RX 9070 XT, a Corsair 3500X case, a 650W Gold-rated modular PSU, and one additional case fan. The total comes to about €1,639 using the prices listed here. I'm considering waiting for Black Friday and would be happy to hear about worthwhile upgrades or places to save money.

The parts look generally solid, but I’d definitely step up to an 850W power supply. A 650W unit is cutting it too close for an RX 9070 XT, especially with transient power spikes. The extra headroom will make the system more reliable and give you room for future upgrades.

Overall it’s a good-looking build. You could save roughly €55 by choosing less expensive components focused less on appearance, but that’s really a personal preference. The main change I’d make is using at least a 750W PSU, with 850W being the safer choice.

That makes sense. I like the appearance of the build, but I’ve switched to an 850W power supply for better headroom.
