Is This a Solid PC Build for School and Gaming?

I'm working on putting together a performance-focused PC for school, especially since I want to get involved in my school's esports program. It's been a while since I've built a PC, so I'm looking for any concerns or suggestions on my current parts list. I'm trying to stick to a budget since I also need to get peripherals and a camera. Check out my build here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rq6LHW.

I think you're overspending on that 7700XT. For about $610, you could grab a 5070 instead and potentially save some cash to upgrade other parts. Since you mentioned moving, make sure you're considering a more compact case, just in case.

I live with roommates in a house, so space isn't a huge issue for me. I've got a long desk to work with! As for the GPU, I'm not seeing anything cheaper for the 5070, but I'll keep looking for good deals.
