I'm putting together a PC for sim games, particularly Farming Simulator, and I built a list on PCPartPicker to keep the cost under €2,000. I haven't chosen a monitor yet, but I'm also considering peripherals, so I might balance out the overall price with that. The monitor will sit against the wall on an 80cm deep desk, which has me wondering about the best size for it. Here's my current build:

- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D 4.1 GHz 6-Core Processor - €310.00
- **CPU Cooler:** Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Black - €43.90
- **Motherboard:** MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI ATX AM5 - €144.99
- **Memory:** 32 GB DDR5-6000 (2 x 16 GB) - €99.90
- **Storage:** 4 TB NVME SSD - €229.99
- **Video Card:** PowerColor RX7800XT 16G-P Radeon RX 7800 XT - €469.00
- **Case:** Xilence Xilent Blade II - €55.36
- **Power Supply:** Gigabyte UD750GM 750W - €92.87

Total cost is about €1984.98. Any thoughts?

Overall, I agree with the previous comment. The specs you've listed are more than ample for sim games. You'll have smooth gameplay and good graphics, especially if you stick to a good monitor. Just remember to check out reviews for your chosen peripherals—they can really impact the overall experience!

Good point! I'm also curious about what keyboard and mouse are recommended for sim gaming. Any suggestions?

Your build looks solid for simulation games like Farming Simulator! The Ryzen 5 7600X3D is powerful enough to handle these games well, especially with that RX 7800 XT graphics card. Just keep in mind that sim games can be more CPU-intensive, so if you plan to run mods or high graphics settings, you might want to ensure your cooling solution is up to par. Have you thought about the size of the monitor yet? A 27" should give you a great view while gaming!

Thanks! I was thinking about a 27" monitor so it won't take up too much space, but I want to make sure it fits well with the desk setup.
