Is This Gaming PC A Good Buy for My Needs?

I'm considering purchasing a gaming PC for casual gaming like Dead by Daylight, Marvel Rivals, Modded Sims 4, and Infinity Nikki. I've found a PC that costs slightly more than my budget of $700-$800, but I'm willing to stretch my budget a bit if it's really worth it. Given my requirements, should I go for this PC, or can anyone suggest something better that fits within my budget?

I modified the $850 build from a popular forum to improve the specs, and it includes a better CPU and GPU, with some used parts potentially fitting within your budget. Aim for something like a Ryzen 5 5600 if you can find it on sale. It’ll offer a better gaming experience than what you've listed!

I totally agree, that build sounds way more suitable for your needs!

Honestly, the PC you're looking at isn't great. The CPU is slow and the GPU has limited VRAM. If you're looking for something future-proof, consider going for a used PC. You can get a much better setup for around $800 if you look around.

Check out this open box HP Omen for around $830. It's a solid deal right now and should outperform what you're considering!

That sounds awesome! Definitely a better option than what's on the table.

Crazy good price, I'm tempted too!
