I'm planning my first gaming PC build and I've gathered some parts that I want to check together for compatibility and performance. Here's what I've got:

- MSI PRO H610M-G DDR4 Motherboard
- Kingston NV2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 Internal SSD 1TB
- NZXT H6 Flow Case
- MSI MAG A650BN Power Supply
- CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 RAM 16GB (2x8GB)
- THERMALRIGHT PHANTOM SPIRIT 120 EVO DUAL TOWER AIR COOLER
- Intel Core i5 12400F

Will these components work well together? Are they good choices for gaming, specifically for playing Fortnite?

If you're keeping this build budget-friendly, it's a solid setup overall, but remember the lack of a GPU makes it useless for gaming right now. Just make sure to pick a good one when you get a chance!

Thanks for the advice! I’ll definitely focus on getting a decent GPU soon.

You're on the right track, but don't forget that you'll need a graphics card (GPU) to get any gaming performance. The Intel Core i5 12400F doesn't have built-in graphics, so a dedicated GPU is a must! Once you add a GPU, your build will be solid for gaming.

Good call! Also, think about the use case of your PC; if gaming is a priority, a capable GPU like an RTX 3050 should complement your CPU well.

Make sure your motherboard has a good VRM setup, especially if you're thinking about upgrading your CPU down the line. Getting something with heatsinks will help in the long run!
