When you mention "Memory X2", you should get a RAM kit rather than individual sticks since kits are tested together for compatibility.
Also, a platinum power supply isn’t necessary unless it’s a great deal for you.
Make sure to go for dual-channel RAM for better performance. Even opting for CL36 RAM should work well! Everything else on your list looks solid.
