Nice build! Just a heads-up, consider swapping the CPU cooler for a better option, even with the added 'white tax'. It could make a difference in cooling efficiency.
Do you live near a Microcenter? They usually have great deals on components if you're close enough.
I heard that B650 chipsets are great for the AMD 70 series. You might want to look into going with a B850 instead for a new build; it could fit your needs better.
