Hey everyone! I'm putting together my first PC build, and since I'm pretty new to this, I'm feeling unsure about whether I've done a good job. My budget is between $900 and $1000, and I'm aiming for solid performance at 1080p gaming. Here are the specs I've come up with:
- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 5 7500F, AM5, OEM
- **Motherboard:** ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2, AM5
- **Cooling:** ID-Cooling SE-224-XTS White
- **GPU:** Palit RTX 5060 Dual, 8 GB
- **PSU:** ATX 750W Chieftec Chieftronic Powerplay GPU-750FC
- **SSD:** 1 TB Kingston NV3, M.2, PCIe 4.0
- **RAM:** 32 GB DDR5 DIMM 6000 MHz (2x 16GB Kit)
- **Case:** MSI MAG Forge M100A, Black
- **Monitor:** Xiaomi A24i, Black (I know it's not the best choice but couldn't find anything better within my budget)
I would really appreciate any suggestions or feedback on my build!

Have you actually purchased any parts yet? Just curious if you’re in the US because availability can vary a lot based on location!
Honestly, I think your build is pretty solid for a budget 1080p gaming rig! Just a heads up though, that 8GB GPU might be a bit limiting long-term. If you could stretch your budget a little, trying to grab a 9060 XT 16GB would definitely give you more longevity. Here's a possible upgrade you could consider:
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll look into that upgrade!
Just a note on that SSD: the NV3 model uses QLC flash, which can wear out faster and might slow down as time goes on. You might want to look for a TLC option like the Kioxia Exceria Plus G3 or WD Blue SN5000 instead.
Interesting point! I didn’t realize that. I'll check those out!

I haven't bought anything yet, and I'm actually in Europe.
