Hey everyone! I'm looking for some feedback on this PC build I've drafted. I want something that pairs well with my 1440p 144Hz monitor. Here's the link to my build: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/H6tm4p. Does anyone have thoughts or suggestions to improve it?

Check out this alternative I put together – it’s about $500 cheaper and trades the mobo for a simpler one. I also downgraded the RAM from CL30 to CL36 for $100 less. Honestly, CL30 isn’t worth that extra cash unless you're aiming for max performance. Here’s the link: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/NNdj3w.

I'm pretty new to PC building. Can someone break down the differences between the GPU, motherboards, and RAM? And will these parts all be compatible?

I've got a similar setup to what you’ve listed but swapped in a B650e and a 5080. You could potentially save some cash by going for a budget-friendly motherboard instead. Overall, it looks like a solid build though!
