I've put together a parts list for my new PC build and would love some feedback on its scalability. I'm planning to add a GPU in a few months, but I want to ensure the build has room for upgrades down the line. Here's the link to my parts list: [here](https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/WbmKPJ). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure what you mean by scalable, but here's a suggestion: consider going with a 9900x CPU instead—it's easier to cool and will have better upgrade potential. For storage, I'd suggest skipping the HDDs unless you're storing large data. A 2TB SSD is a better choice and costs the same as your 1TB.
I wouldn't go with those hard drives; 5400 RPM is just too slow. Also, I think a 750W PSU is plenty unless you're planning to run a 5080 or do significant overclocking. You might want an 850W PSU as a safety net.
Looks solid! But make sure to manually tune your RAM; you should be able to push it to around 7200 MHz with your motherboard. Also, what's the purpose of your hard drives?
I've got a similar setup and it's well-balanced! However, for future-proofing, you might want to look into AMD options. I've got an Asrock Z690 with an Intel i7 and an RTX 5070ti—been quite happy after overclocking a bit.
The Core Ultra 7 CPU is a great choice for scalability. Just a heads up, NAS drives can be quite slow, so I'd recommend using them only if necessary.
