I'm planning to build a PC for 2K gaming and I want to get your thoughts on my build. Here are the specs:

- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, 3.9 GHz, 32 MB
- **CPU Cooler**: Arctic Freezer 36 Black
- **Video Card**: Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 Gaming OC 16GB GDDR6
- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX
- **Memory**: Patriot Viper Venom, DDR5, 32 GB, 6000MHz, CL30
- **Storage**: SSD WD Black SN770 2TB M.2 2280 PCI-E x4 Gen4 NVMe
- **Power Supply**: MSI MPG A850G PCIE5 850W
- **Case**: Endorfy Signum 300 ARGB
- **Monitor**: Lenovo R27q-30

I would appreciate any feedback on whether this build can handle 2K gaming smoothly!

Honestly, for the budget you're working with, you might be overpaying. There are some parts that seem a bit excessive given what you're trying to achieve and the price range.
For 2K gaming, consider if you really need that much RAM and if the GPU is the best option for the price. You might get better value elsewhere.

I was looking for something future-proofing, hence the 32GB RAM. But it’s good to know I can save some cash in other areas!

Yeah, this build should be pretty capable for 2K gaming! The Ryzen 5 9600X is a solid CPU, and paired with the Radeon RX 9070, you should get good performance in most modern games at that resolution.
