I'm new to PC building and looking for advice. I'm thinking about buying this prebuilt system with the intention of upgrading it later. Here are the specs:

- Intel Core i7 8th Gen Processor (2.3GHz - 3.0GHz)
- Motherboard with 310 M.2 port
- 16GB DDR4 RAM (upgradeable)
- 128GB M.2 NVMe SSD and a 500GB HDD (both upgradeable)
- GTX 1660 6GB graphics card
- 500W gaming power supply

I want to know if this setup can be upgraded easily and if it will be able to run GTA VI when it comes out. Any advice?

It's hard to predict how well this setup will handle GTA VI since the game isn't even out yet. Given that you're looking at a prebuilt from around 2017, it might not be the best performance-wise for a game likely coming in 2027. You should definitely check with the manufacturer about upgrade options. If you're really excited about GTA VI, you might want to consider saving up for a new PC in a couple of years instead!
