I'm a bit worried about overheating since the space for my PlayStation 5 seems pretty tight. Do you think this location is okay, or should I make some changes? I've attached a picture of the setup for reference.

Consider standing it up instead! You could also get a fan stand for it; I've done that for my nephew's PS5, and it helps. Just be careful with any modifications, though.
Honestly, just no. It’s not a good spot for it at all.
You might just need to move it a bit to the left. Keeping the front, top, and back clear will help with airflow, but the sides aren’t as critical. It should be fine!
I wouldn’t recommend that. Sony designed the PS5 to be used as is, and changing its position or using additional fans could cause more harm than good.
