Is This ZIP File Safe to Delete?

I'm trying to free up some space on my laptop and came across a ZIP file named "B2375dnf_windows_application_A01". It's about 97MB big and two years old. I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on what this file is for and if it's important to keep. Based on the name, I suspect it might be related to Windows software, possibly from an engineering or coding project, or even a game that I started to download but didn't finish. I have a hunch that important system files wouldn't be in such a compressed format. Can anyone confirm if it's safe to delete this? I'd prefer responses from folks who aren't professionals; I really don't want to break my PC by accidentally deleting something crucial.

That filename refers to a Dell B2375dnf printer driver package for Windows. It includes all the necessary drivers and utilities for a multifunction printer that can print, scan, copy, and fax. The 'A01' version just indicates it's the first version of that driver package. So, if you don’t use that printer, it’s generally safe to delete it. Just keep in mind that if you decide to use the printer later, you might need to reinstall the drivers.

Thanks for the info! If I delete it, would I face any issues later if I want to use a printer?
