I've been having a rough time getting my Nvidia GT 650M to work properly with drivers and Proton on Ubuntu 25.04. Considering my GPU is quite old, would it be a better idea to switch to Ubuntu 22.04 instead?

I've tried both the 470 and 580 drivers for Nvidia but ended up switching back to the nouveau drivers since I couldn't get them to work. If you're having issues, it might be worth trying other driver versions or checking compatibility.
What drivers are you currently using for your GPU? Switching versions might help depending on the drivers you have installed.
