I'm currently using a 3070 Ti and mainly play games at 1440p. I usually manage to get a stable 60fps, which I'm happy with. I'm considering upgrading to a 5070 Ti and possibly selling my current GPU to help cover the cost. Would this upgrade be worth it?

If you're hitting a ceiling with your current GPU, the upgrade to the 5070 Ti could definitely be worth it! It'll give you better performance, especially at 1440p. Just make sure you actually need the extra power based on the games you play and what settings you're using.
Yeah, I've noticed some games lagging lately, and I've had to tweak settings. I really want to try out path tracing too, but I'm worried about whether the 5070 Ti can handle it.
