I'm thinking about upgrading my CPU from a Ryzen 7 1800X to a Ryzen 7 5800X3D. My current setup includes an ASUS ROG Strix B350-F Gaming motherboard, Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080 Ti GPU, and DDR4 3200 MHz RAM. I mainly use my PC for gaming. Will upgrading to the 5800X3D give me a significant performance boost, or will my GPU still hold me back?

Upgrading from the 1800X to the 5800X3D is definitely going to be noticeable. You're moving from one of the slower AM4 CPUs to the fastest one for gaming right now. You'll see improvements not just in gaming, but overall performance on your PC. It's a worthy upgrade for sure!

Awesome! That makes me feel better about my potential purchase. Any thoughts on how it will perform in Battlefield 6?
