Is Upgrading My PC to AM5 Worth It?

I'm currently using a small form factor build with a 5950x CPU and a 7900XTX GPU, and I'm thinking about making an upgrade. My setup includes an ROG Strix X570-I motherboard, G.Skill 3600MHz RAM, and the Sapphire NITRO+ RX 7900 XTX. I mainly use my machine for gaming and some video and photo editing. I'm considering switching to AM5 with an AMD 9900X CPU, Kingston FURY BEAST 32GB DDR5 RAM at 6400MHz, an Asus B650E-I motherboard, while keeping the same GPU and case. What do you think of this upgrade plan? Is it worth it, or should I wait a year? Right now, my gaming performance feels solid, but I'm just exploring options.

If you're mostly gaming, going for an X3D chip might be a better choice. The 9900X and 9950X are great, but the X3D series is designed to offer even better gaming performance. You might want to check those out if you need extra power, especially for photo and video editing too!

Thanks for the heads-up! I'll definitely check into those X3D options.
