I'm currently using an Acer Nitro 165Hz 1080p 23.8" monitor and noticed a great deal on an MSI 27" 300Hz 1440p monitor for $220. I primarily play Call of Duty and a little bit of Valorant. My FPS with COD is around 200 and 500 in Valorant, so I'm unsure if the upgrade will benefit my COD gaming experience much. I've heard that going above 144Hz doesn't make a huge difference, so I'm more interested in the 1440p resolution and larger screen size. I also sit about 16-24 inches away from my screen and hope that a 27" monitor won't be too big for me. I'd appreciate any feedback on whether this upgrade is worthwhile!
