I'm thinking about upgrading my setup, including the motherboard, CPU, RAM, and GPU. Right now, I have a 3060, which still performs decently for most games, but I'm starting to struggle with newer titles. Would it be worth it to upgrade to a 5060 Ti? I'm not really considering other GPUs because of the crazy prices lately and how hard it is to find the 40 series without them being overpriced. Also, I found some 5070 options that are only slightly more expensive than the 5060 Ti, so I'm wondering if those are worth a look too. I'm not interested in Radeon cards, especially since I'd prefer a white one, and most options seem to be from XFX, which I'm trying to avoid.

Upgrading just the GPU could really enhance your gaming experience, especially since you're running a Ryzen 7 5800X. The 5060 Ti is great for 1440p gaming, so I'd try that first before replacing everything else. You might be surprised by the performance boost!
Yeah, definitely look at benchmarks for both options. If you're on a budget, I suggest the 9060 XT for better performance per euro spent!
Yeah, going for the 5060 Ti is worth it if you can find it near MSRP. Just make sure to look for the 16GB version if you're leaning in that direction!
I found one I like for €550; is that a fair price, or should I hold out for something less?
Check the €600 range—could be worth it if the performance is solid.
If you're considering a 5070, it might be worth the extra cash since it has a better performance for the price compared to the 16GB 5060 Ti—unless you have specific needs for the 16GB RAM. If you do, go for the 5060 Ti, but if you can get a good deal on the 5070, I'd say it's totally worth the upgrade!
Is €650 a good price for the 5070?
Don't forget to check out the RX 9060 XT 16GB; it might give you better value for the price.
The 5060 Ti is decent, but don't overlook the RX 9060 XT 16GB. It's fantastic and can give you a similar performance for a better price! The 5070 Ti is also great if you're looking to max out your rig later.
I'm planning to upgrade to a 7 9800X3D—think that’ll pair well with the 5060 Ti?
