I'm using an ASUS Prime B760 D4 Plus DDR4 motherboard with an Intel i7 13th gen CPU and a 4070 Ti graphics card. I'm considering an upgrade to the i9 14th gen. Is this upgrade worthwhile, and what motherboards would be best for this?

Actually, your current motherboard does support the i9 14th gen CPU. However, the performance boost, particularly for gaming, might not be as significant as you hope. It's generally a small improvement over the i7.
I heard that the B760 only supports the 12th and 13th generations. Are you sure about this compatibility?
