Hey everyone! I'm running into some performance issues while playing games like Helldivers and the remastered Oblivion on my current setup, so I think it might be time for an upgrade. Here's a quick rundown of my PC specs: I have an ASRock B450M Pro4 motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D CPU, a 6GB Gainward RTX2060 Pegasus OC GPU, 16GB of GSkill DDR4 3000MHz AEGIS RAM, and a 600W be quiet! System Power 9 power supply. I'm considering upgrading my GPU to an RTX 5070 Ti. Do you think this GPU would fit well with the rest of my system, or should I expect some bottlenecks? Also, if you have any better suggestions, I'm all ears! By the way, I'm currently using a 1080p monitor but planning to upgrade to a 1440p one once I get the new GPU. Thanks for your insights!

You've got a solid CPU but I would recommend upgrading your RAM and PSU too, and maybe even the motherboard! Depending on what you want to do with your PC, investing in a higher-tier motherboard can provide better support for future upgrades—more ports, better overclocking potential, and improved stability. Just keep your case in mind; if it fits everything, you'll be all set!
What are the actual benefits of having a high-quality motherboard? Is it just about compatibility?
