Lately, I've noticed my applications can be slow to respond, and I'm wondering if upgrading to a 9800X3D would help improve multitasking performance. Moreover, will it enhance my gaming performance too? I've heard mixed opinions online, particularly that at 4K, the 9800X3D might not be worth the upgrade.
