Hey everyone, I'm a student who's started learning web development. I've got the basics down with HTML and CSS, and I'm currently working on my JavaScript skills. I'm curious if it's still a smart move to pursue web development in 2025. There's a lot of talk about AI taking over jobs, and I want to know if that's a real concern. My plan is to learn React and Tailwind, and then dive into freelancing while also exploring backend development. Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Web development is definitely still relevant in 2025! Businesses need a strong online presence, and knowing the basics gives you a great foundation. Learning React and Tailwind is a smart move; also, consider adding some backend skills like Node.js or Python for a full-stack capability.

Honestly, full stack development seems to be the best route these days. Just don't take it lightly; it's a lot to handle but worth it for job opportunities.

It really depends on how you view the whole AI situation. I think learning web development is still valuable—AI tools can help, but they won't replace the need for skilled developers.

Yeah, web dev is still a solid career choice in 2025. AI tools are more like helpers than replacements—you still need to know what you're doing. If you're learning React and Tailwind, you're heading in the right direction!
