I'm exploring Linux distributions and Xubuntu is at the top of my list since it's lightweight. As a newcomer to Linux, I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether it's a suitable option!

If you're looking for something light, Xubuntu is great! But consider your hardware too. If you have very low-end specs, you might want to check out LXLE as it’s designed for really old hardware.
Definitely give Xubuntu a try! The 'X' stands for XFCE, which is my personal favorite desktop environment. It's flexible, and if you ever want to, you can easily install a different desktop environment later on.
XFCE is a fantastic choice, especially for low-spec machines. It’s very customizable, which can help you build the perfect setup!
You'll love Xubuntu! It has a lot of community support and is beginner-friendly. However, if you’re feeling adventurous, consider Linux Lite or even Mint with Cinnamon for a slightly different experience.
Are there other distributions you're considering? It might help to compare features. But honestly, Xubuntu is a solid choice for newbies!

I used to love LXLE! It's a shame it hasn't been updated recently; I hope they bring it back!
