I noticed that after recent updates on a couple of my Azure servers, I can no longer connect to them using Remote Desktop Protocol (mstsc). I've tried rebooting them and checked the Boot Diagnostics, but they just seem to be stuck at the login screen with no CPU or RAM activity. I attempted to reset the configuration through the reset password option, but it hangs and doesn't complete. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Have you thought about using the new Windows App from the Microsoft Store? It might help with the RDP connection issues.
I'm seeing similar issues as well, so it might just be a recent update problem. You could try using the Azure Serial Console or consider rolling back the patch if possible.
