I'm having trouble booting Counter-Strike 2 on my PC. Here's my setup: I've got a 14900K CPU, 2 x 24GB RAM, and I'm using the Intel UHD 770 graphics with 24GB allocated as VRAM. My motherboard is a Z790 Aorus Master, and I'm running Windows 11 24H2. Whenever I try to boot the game with or without the -vulkan option, I encounter a VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST error. The game works fine with my RX 9070XT, but right now I can't use that card as it's been sent for RMA. Any suggestions on what could be the issue?

You don't actually need 24GB of VRAM allocated for the UHD 770; usually, 8GB is more than enough for gaming. First, make sure you have the latest Intel drivers for your integrated GPU. If you've previously used the RX 9070XT in the same system, you should uninstall both AMD and Intel drivers completely with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to clear any conflicts. After that, do a clean install of the latest Intel drivers.

I did uninstall the Intel and AMD drivers using DDU in safe mode, but it still didn’t work. The system keeps automatically allocating VRAM up to 24GB.
