I'm having trouble installing Ubuntu Server 24.04.2 on a VirtualBox VM. The installation goes smoothly until I reach the part where I enter my name, server name, username, and password. At that point, I encounter an error message that says, "Sorry, there was a problem completing the installation," and I get options to view a report, send it to Canonical, or try reinstalling. Even after reinstalling and deleting the ISO to download it again, the issue persists. I ended up trying Ubuntu Server 24.04.4, and that worked without any problems. Has anyone else experienced this?

Make sure you've verified the integrity of the ISO file you downloaded. Also, ensure that your virtual machine is set up correctly with enough disk space and RAM—25 GB for disk and 1.5 GB for RAM should be good, but double-check your settings! Also, let us know which version of VirtualBox you are using.
You might want to take a closer look at the installation report or any specific errors that pop up, since it's hard to diagnose the issue without that info. It could be related to a corrupt ISO file or your VM's configuration.
Using an Ethernet connection during installation can help avoid issues. And don’t forget to remove the boot media after, as that can sometimes cause hiccups. Good luck!
I'm not sure how to copy the report from the Ubuntu server. Any tips?
