I've been working with Dell Pro 16 Plus laptops connected to Dell SD25 docks in clamshell mode, and it seems that when the laptops go to sleep or the screens turn off due to inactivity, one of the three monitors randomly fails to wake up. Here are a few things I've noticed:
- Intel graphics software doesn't detect the 3rd monitor.
- Sometimes, Windows display settings recognize the monitor but show it as disconnected. When I try to change it to extend, it reverts back to disconnected soon after.
- Occasionally, using Win+ctrl+shift+b can get the monitor back.
- Unplugging and replugging the dock usually fixes the issue.
Has anyone else been through this and found a solution to prevent it?

Make sure to check your Windows 11 settings: head to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > scroll down to USB and turn off USB Battery Saver. It can make a difference!
Yes, I'm having the same problem! Since they switched to USB docks instead of the older pin-based types, the quality has really gone down. We're considering testing a different brand of dock since nothing seems to work with the Dell one.

I can't wait to try this out tomorrow!
