Issues with Gaming Performance on Windows 11

Hey everyone! I'm dealing with some frustrating problems after upgrading to Windows 11. Ever since I made the switch, my gaming experience has taken a nosedive. Whenever I launch a game, my PC freezes for a few seconds, which makes it impossible to use Discord for voice chat or multitask on my second monitor. Overall, gaming performance is just really poor. My PC specs include a Ryzen 5 5600X CPU, an RTX 4070 Super GPU, and a Mortar Max B450 motherboard, and I've already updated the BIOS due to previous issues. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

First, make sure all your drivers are updated, especially the graphics drivers, since you're having issues with games and Discord. Check if your other important drivers are compatible too. By the way, how much RAM do you have? Also, are you running on an SSD? It would help to know how much free space you’ve got left on your drive—having too little can really affect performance.
