I'm facing some strange performance issues after switching from an NVIDIA graphics card to an AMD 5800XT. I recently got the 9060XT but I'm only reaching about 90 FPS even on low settings in Arc Raiders, despite having 32GB of 3200 RAM. I initially installed the AMD drivers without using DDU because I was transitioning from NVIDIA. After realizing this was an issue, I followed up with a DDU uninstall and reinstalled the AMD drivers, but I'm still seeing minimal changes — around 100 FPS at best. Is this performance level typical, or should I consider a clean install of Windows? Just to note, I'm playing at 1080p.

It sounds like there could be more going on here. You should check how hot your CPU is running. The 5800XT can push the temps up. What's your CPU temperature?

I just checked and it's running about 67C, but MSI Afterburner shows around 70% usage on the CPU and only 40% on the GPU while getting an average of 80 FPS.
