Issues with Running 4 Sticks of DDR5 RAM at 6000MHz

I initially had 2x16GB DDR5 6000MHz CL36 sticks installed, configured through EXPO 1 in the BIOS by the retailer. After buying 2 more identical 16GB sticks and installing them, I noticed some issues. I tried using EXPO 2 and EXPO Tweaked settings, but they didn't work. When I went back to EXPO 1, it also failed to boot. Interestingly, if I set up the system with just the original 2 sticks and then add the additional 2 sticks later, everything seems to work fine. I'm curious why changing any BIOS settings with all four sticks installed results in failure, yet it operates well after setting it up with just two. Is it expected for this setup to be stable?

Running 4 sticks of DDR5 at high speeds can be tricky. Many systems struggle to get all four sticks to work reliably at 6000MHz. If you want more RAM and stability, consider going for a 2x32GB kit instead. It often yields better results and allows you to utilize those higher speeds effectively.

That’s a good point. It seems like a balancing act with RAM modules. I guess I’m wondering why changing BIOS settings fails with all 4 sticks in but works if I add them after. What’s your take?
