Issues with Samsung Knox and Intune Enrollment

I'm trying to set up Samsung Knox so that devices I scan with our Knox QR code automatically enroll in Intune. I have already created the Knox profile and entered the JSON code including our Intune enrollment token. However, when I scan the Knox QR code, the device processes for a moment and then displays a message saying, "couldn't set up your device." I've found a guide that mentions I need to ensure that the option to allow users to enroll corporate-owned user devices is set to 'yes', but I'm not sure if I turned this on when creating the Intune enrollment profile. I'm having difficulty locating that setting. Additionally, do the devices need to be in Knox before the enrollment QR code will function, or should the QR code itself initiate the enrollment process?

From my experience, it seems that devices typically need to already be enrolled in Knox before the QR code can work properly. This is usually handled by the supplier. If that's not feasible for you, try using the QR code directly from Intune instead.

Actually, I've heard that the Knox QR code should be able to enroll devices into Knox, too. I just haven't gotten it to work yet. It's crucial to get them enrolled so that if a user factory resets the device, they can't set it up for personal use.
