Has anyone else been facing problems with SMS 2FA lately where it just doesn't seem to work? When I check the user sign-in logs, the numbers are marked as 'Bad Reputation'. This is happening to all our users still relying on Text 2FA since some are using older phones that don't support the Authenticator app. So far, it seems to only affect numbers with the New Zealand country code. I'm curious if there are alternatives to the Authenticator App for those in this situation.

While this doesn't directly solve your problem, I really recommend that you use this chance to push for the Authenticator app. SMS just doesn't have the reliability we need anymore and it's about time to retire it as a method of authentication. If you previously suggested the app and didn't get much interest, now is definitely the perfect moment to promote it—people will usually be more open to change when issues arise.
Oh no, what did New Zealand do this time to get their numbers flagged? Seems like they always end up in these situations!
