I'm having a tough time after migrating to a new domain. Since the migration, all PCs using Windows 11 (21H2) are experiencing serious issues. The taskbar and start menu are not showing up, the settings app isn't functioning, and the right-click menu takes minutes to load. Even the Alt+Tab feature is unresponsive, and explorer.exe takes an unusually long time to load after rebooting. Before the migration, everything was working smoothly.

Consider turning off UCPD before attempting migration. That might alleviate some of the issues.
You might want to update at least one of those machines to a newer build. Anything older than 24H2 is no longer supported by Microsoft.
Are the users still logging in with accounts connected to the old domain? And did you run any tests on devices before you migrated all the computers? It could help narrow down the problem.
Could you clarify how you performed the migration? Knowing how many servers and workstations were involved could help identify the issue.
Using procmon on the affected PCs could be beneficial. It would help trace file and network activity, since I suspect there are still references to the old domain that Windows Explorer is picking up.
Have you checked if your group policies on the new domain could be affecting things? Try running gpresult /r to see what’s different from machines on the old domain.
