Has anyone else noticed that Windows 10 devices stopped seeing the option to upgrade to Windows 11 after the May Patch Tuesday? We still have several Win10 devices ready for the upgrade, and we were using a Feature Update Policy in Intune to push Windows 11 24H2. However, after this month's update, the upgrade option has disappeared for these devices. I even tried switching the policy to 23H2, but that didn't help either.
I found one Win10 machine that hasn't checked for updates since mid-April and still had the Windows 11 upgrade available. But, after manually checking for updates, the option to upgrade also vanished. I can't find any information from Microsoft about changes to the upgrade process or any safeguard holds preventing the upgrade.

If the upgrade doesn’t show up, I just use the Windows 11 Upgrade Assistant to force it. It works every time for me. I don't bother with Windows Update anymore.
I've run into similar problems with a couple of laptops that failed their Windows 11 23H2 upgrade. After some troubleshooting, I managed to install the Windows 10 Cumulative update, but no Windows 11 update showed up afterward. I’ve removed the users from the update group for now and plan to redeploy it on Tuesday. Honestly, something feels off with this update cycle.
From what I recall, the in-place upgrade for the newest 24H2 version has stricter requirements than 23H2. It seems like they might have phased out 23H2, and for some reason, 24H2 isn’t being offered to certain devices.
I've had a 100% success rate with compatible hardware using the Windows Upgrade Assistant, and you can even script it out with the silent installer, which makes the process faster.
Yeah, I've seen that too! Many devices aren't showing the upgrade as available anymore. I found that you can still force updates using a script, but it’s tricky without RMM control.
