Hey everyone! I'm super excited because I just built my very first PC two days ago. However, I'm running into a problem—my CPU is overheating and it's crashed on me four times today. It peaked at a whopping 97°C! I'm looking for some advice on what to do about it. Just to give you more context: I've applied thermal paste properly, I have 3 exhaust fans and 3 intake fans, and I have 4 more fans on the way for better airflow. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Congrats on building your PC! If you’re hitting high temps, definitely double-check your CPU cooler. If you’ve got the NZXT Kraken Elite 360, it should be great, but ensure it's mounted properly and that your fans are working well.

Make sure you’re using a proper CPU cooler, not just thermal paste. Which model do you have? If it's an AMD RYZEN 7 9800X3D, you really need a good cooler to manage temperatures. What cooler are you using with it?
