Laptop battery dropped to 0% after charger adjustment, what should I do?

Hey everyone, I was in the middle of a gaming session when I noticed my laptop charger was loose in the outlet. I adjusted it, but then it sparked, and my screen went black. I thought it had shut down, but it actually went to sleep mode. To my surprise, the battery indicator showed 0%. I've tried restarting it with the charger both plugged in and unplugged, but no luck. The LED light indicates that the charger is working, so I'm confused if this is a battery issue or if I should just wait and try charging it again. By the way, I have a Lenovo laptop that's about 4-5 years old. Any advice?

It sounds like there might have been a surge when you adjusted the charger. Before anything else, I suggest checking the fuse—sometimes, it can blow out due to a sudden spike. It's usually located in the power strip or the electrical panel. Make sure everything is unplugged while you check it for safety!

How do I check the fuse? I'm not really experienced with this stuff.
