Hey, I'm having trouble with my Acer Aspire 5 (model N22C6). It crashed yesterday with a weird error code (IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL), and even though I managed to reboot it, it's been freezing and crashing a lot since then. Now, my laptop won't turn on at all—the screen stays black, but the fans and keyboard lights are still working. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'm not sure what to try next. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I don't have much backed up either, but thankfully most my stuff is in the cloud, so I wouldn't mind wiping the laptop. I just want to know the easiest way to do that!
First off, do you have a backup of your important files? If so, the quickest fix would be to wipe your machine and reinstall Windows. It’s pretty straightforward and usually can be done in under an hour. However, if you haven’t backed up your data, you might want to tread carefully because that could be important to recover.
