Hey everyone! I'm on the lookout for a compact 12U server rack that can work in a dusty environment. Here are my requirements: I need it to have at least an IP rating of IP54, and the max height should be 640mm with a max width of 600mm to fit under a table. It should also have a minimum depth of 550mm. One important feature is easy accessibility; I want to be able to replace the fan and dust filter without opening the cabinet since space is tight inside. The server rack will be located in an air-conditioned room, but the equipment inside generates a lot of heat, so adequate ventilation is essential. I found the EATON SRW12USNEMA which looks ideal, but it's not available in the EU. The alternative, the SRX12UBFFD, exceeds the size constraints. Has anyone found a commercially available solution that meets these criteria? Or does anyone have suggestions for custom ventilation or filter systems that could fit into a suitable-sized IP55 rack? I would really appreciate any advice or recommendations!

You might want to reconsider keeping the equipment in such a harsh environment. Dust and moisture can really shorten the lifespan of your gear. Maybe explore options to elevate the setup or run shielded cables to a safer location.
Only dust is a real issue for us since people often track dirt in and out, so we're trying to minimize that.
