Looking for a Better Remote Access Tool for My Company

Hey everyone! I'm currently using Anydesk for remote access, but I'm on the lookout for a more enterprise-level solution. I'm specifically looking for a tool that supports single sign-on (SSO), is cloud-based, and allows for a dedicated domain. For example, I want something like 'company1.remote.com' to clearly differentiate between our business traffic and personal or other traffic. It would also be great if the solution has features like tenant restrictions to easily block unauthorized personal connections. Any suggestions for services that meet these criteria? Thanks!

Yeah, TeamViewer does offer what you're looking for, but I’m currently trying to move away from it. A friend pointed me to this article about alternatives that might help—check it out [here](https://www.xda-developers.com/rustdesk-vs-helpwire-which-is-best-free-teamviewer-alternative/).

You might want to check out TeamViewer. It has the capacity for dedicated domains, but fair warning—it's really pricey!

Bomgar/BeyondTrust is an excellent option, though it's also a bit on the expensive side. From my experience, it’s worth the investment if you need serious security and control.

Could you clarify your main issue? It sounds like you need a secure, cloud-based solution without the risk of portable applications compromising your setup. I totally get wanting to keep things tight with access controls.

I’m looking for a way to enforce strict access controls, especially since users can download portable versions of Anydesk that don’t follow our security protocols. Blocking it at the network level isn’t an option because both versions share the same endpoints. I really need a service with a dedicated domain to manage this better.
