Hey guys! I'm completely new to PC hardware and could use some guidance. Right now, I'm stuck with integrated graphics on my older machine, and I'm experiencing lag spikes even on low settings for the games I enjoy. I'm not interested in high-end options—just something affordable that can handle gaming at low settings. My current specs are:

- CPU: Intel i5-8400
- Motherboard: ZRD310C9
- RAM: 16GB
- Integrated Graphics: Intel UHD 630
- Storage: 1.14TB SSD
- PSU: Antryx B450 450W

The games I mainly play include Minecraft and Albion Online, and I don't do competitive gaming or anything too demanding. I'd really appreciate any specific GPU recommendations that would work well with my PSU and CPU. Thanks a lot!

I'd recommend the RTX 3050 6GB or RX 570/580 8GB. They’re not too expensive used and should perform decently well for the games you play without maxing out your PSU.

The Intel ARC A750 is a great choice and it's currently on sale for around $140. It's a solid upgrade for your setup without breaking the bank. Just check the compatibility with your PSU to make sure it fits!

Just be careful with the A750; it can draw more power than you'd expect. It might not comfortably work with your 450W PSU.

Before making a choice, what's your budget? If you’re tight on cash, the GTX 1650 4GB or RTX 3050 6GB can be good picks. They offer decent performance without needing extra power connectors, which is great for a setup like yours. If you can stretch a bit, the RX 6600 is efficient and can sometimes be found for a good price.

Look into the GTX 1650 Super! I have it alongside my i5-8400 and it handles modern games pretty well. Plus, it’s power-efficient at just 100W! You’ll definitely want more than 4GB of VRAM nowadays, so keep that in mind.

If you can spend a bit more, the RX 5600 XT is a good option too. If you’re aiming for under $100, you might find a good deal on an older card too like the 1050 Ti 4GB. Just make sure it will work with your PSU, as the 30-series Nvidia cards can be power hungry!
