In that price range, good options are the Intel Arc B580, Radeon 7700XT, or possibly a 4060 Ti with 16GB. Aim for at least 12GB of VRAM if you can. I actually found a build with the RX 6700XT that has 12GB of VRAM. It includes an AMD Ryzen 5 7500F CPU, 16GB of RAM, and 1TB NVMe storage for $1100 with a good monitor. Sounds like a decent deal.
