Looking for a Great Gaming Keyboard Under $100

Hey everyone! I currently have a Corsair K55 that I've been using for about four years since I built my PC, and honestly, I've grown to dislike it for a bunch of reasons. It's big and clunky, the keys have too much travel before hitting the bottom, there's no tactile feel, and the biggest issue? The keys just pop off way too easily! I'm in Houston, and the humidity is brutal—my keys literally come off just from moisture on my fingers!

I'm on the hunt for a new keyboard and I have a few requirements:

- I'm looking for something that has tactile and clicky keys with a good, firm pressure response.
- I like slim-style keyboards like the Logitech G915, but obviously at a more affordable price! That said, slim design isn't a deal-breaker.
- The keys need to have a tight fit and should not come off easily—this is a MUST.
- I want it to have directional arrows and a number pad, and an 80% keyboard could work if it meets my other needs.
- Backlighting would be a bonus since I spend a lot of time gaming in a dark room.

Any recommendations would be hugely appreciated!

The K4 from Keychron could be a solid choice. You can find it on Amazon. It's a great keyboard that fits a lot of what you're looking for.

Thanks for the tip! Just curious, do the keys stay put on that one? Also, any known issues with latency? Is it around a 1000Hz polling rate?

You might want to check out Keychron—they have a variety of options, including some in the low-profile and 96% or 100% sizes. For tactile keys, I'd recommend the brown switches.

I was looking at the K3 because it looks low-profile. It mentions having a short travel for the keystrokes. But I'm still worried about the keys coming off too easily—I've seen reviews, but no one mentions keycap tightness!
